GLuten free is not for me!

When my daughter developed an allergy to wheat she felt that she was missing her favourite food group - cookies, cakes and squares. And so g-free sweets was created. Our mission at g-free sweets is to create delicious gluten and wheat free sweets that are just as decadent as their wheat containing counterparts.


All of g-free sweets are made using g-free sweets' own gluten and wheat free flour mix. g-free sweets uses locally sourced natural ingredients, that are additive and preservative free. For our g-free sweets we do not use binders such as guar gum and xanthum gum because they can give sweets a gritty texture and chalky-taste.  Together this makes our g-free sweets decadent and delicious - one bite is never enough!
